About this programme
Roma Voices brings young people together in Bucharest for an Erasmus+ youth exchange confronting discrimination and racism against Sinti and Roma communities — one of the most persistent and least discussed forms of prejudice in Europe.
Working with critical media literacy methods, participants will unpack how Roma communities are portrayed in mainstream and social media, then turn that analysis into their own counter-narratives: podcasts, short videos and social media campaigns made to be shared, not filed away.
Funding has been secured through Erasmus+ Youth. The exchange is being organised by Astra, Elysium+'s German branch — details on eligibility, dates and how to apply will be published here as they're confirmed.
